Had a great time at retreat last weekend. Great bunch of ladies that were so much fun to be with. Our table was the Winners table taking out lots of prizes over the weekend. The weather was wet and very cold. Managed to make 13 cards all weekend LOL. Yesterday Mike and I went away for the night to Toodyay and had a lovely relaxing time. Visited a few sites in town and caught up with my brother Boo & Sister-in-law Sue and had dinner with them last night. We had a lovely night chatting and Mike and them getting to know each other. It was great that Mike was able to relax as I have been on holidays for almost 2 weeks and he could only manage the 2 days. Will post some photos in tomorrow of our trip.

Holidays

I am on holidays for 2 weeks now and will be able to catch up with things I want to get done and also upload photos on my card-making and scrapbooking pages on here of things I have done in the last couple of years including one I have done in classes. Looking forward to this weekend as Mike's sister Alison is coming over and we are going to make cards over the weekend. So I will upload them during the week. Then the following weekend I am on retreat so I am really looking forward to that. Mike and I are going away for a night to Toodyay in my second week of my holidays. We are getting our new stove installed while I am on holidays. I cant wait to start using it.

Hi Everyone, Well have been busy. Mike and I went shopping and bought a new stove and I am now waiting for it to be installed, which will be a couple of weeks when I am on holidays. I am really looking forward to it as I can then start cooking cakes etc for the grandchildren. We have also been getting things at home done and still have heaps more to do but will get there slowly. I am looking forward to being on 2 weeks leave and attending a Craft Retreat. I am busy trying to make card kits to take with me to do while there. I will take photos of the finished cards and post them on my card-making page here. I will also be taking photos of my cards I have made and the pages I have done including cards and pages we make in classes I attend every month and posting the ones already done while I am on holidays as there are a few.

New Blog!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi & Welcome to my new blog. As most of you know I now have a wonderful man in my life and according to my friends they have not seen me this happy. I decided to start a new Blog and keep it updated at least once a week. Please bear with me as I get this blog up and running. I have 3 pages the main page will be a general blog and I have added a page for my Scrapbooking and one for my Cardmaking. I will add photos of some cards I have over the past few months and as I make more I will post them up too. I will also include things we make in any classes I do. Maria
